RE: Sad news
Think options are fairly limited. A few good bars in city centre but non with decent parking for scooters. I was down the sea front on Saturday and they are in the process of doing up The Smugglers, so that may not be a bad shout. No through traffic and can park scoots right outside. Not sure what new owners / managers are like though?

not signing on!

think the Smugglers is a great shout, though better when it's warm and we can sit outside. Also like the look of the pub in Seaton, don't mind that it's not in Sunderland itself.

RE: Sad news
Think we should give the Dunn Cow a go, this week, but keep our options open, The Three Horse Shoes, beside Nissan, was another pub mentioned, for example.

Probs be best to stick with Tuesday meeting for now, at least until we get settled in a new pub, we wouldn't want to clash with the train spotters meeting!! lol
